I have to say, I had one of the worst experiences at this salon that I’ve ever had! I had an appointment with Tayha White. From the time I entered her suite, there was little to no discussion. I reminded her I was there for a root touch up, some lowlights and a trim. She didn’t seem to understand, and after asking if they used bleach or foils, she immediately started mixing something in a bowl that looked purple. I later looked over and noticed the jar of powder she used said bleach. Long story short. I asked her to get it out as I’ve never had my hair bleached before. She ended up leaving a lot in my hair at the back of my neck which resulted in bright yellow hair and my dress being bleached. Not to mention it burning the back of my head. She ended up not charging me, but I’m concerned for anyone who would allow her to do their hair!!!

hair turned out okay but definitely not what i asked for. i asked for a balayage and literally got a few highlights that took 4 hours to do. raised the price without telling me that’s what she was doing would cost more. very upset with the cost should not have been that much Hair coloring, Balayage
