Love this place! They are so professional. I went to get a full nail set of acrylic nail at a different location and they really messed up my nails. I came here to grace nails and they professionally fix all my issues. The pedicure spa was super relaxing. They definitely have me as a loyal customer from now on.

This is the second time she did this to me. Another time she made me switch technicians because a party of 4 walked in and needed a full set. Another time she made me switch technicians because a party of 4 walked in and needed a full set. I tip well and expect to be treated with the same respect. I will not be going back. Worst costumer service from the owners! They treat you like they’re doing you a favor to do your nails. I been getting my pedicure done at this place for a couple months now until today. The couple is rude to their employees and the costumers. I will not be returning to this place after today experience. The guy had the audacity to tell me “YOU PEOPLE” when I asked him that I wanted my nails short and round. After he had cut them and I explained I need it shorter. I felt humiliated and stressed out and I feel really bad for the girls who worked in this place. God bless them they deserve better!

Absolutely worst manicure. Waited over 45min for manicure (which is not the best but understandable at busy times). The manicure started by immediately placing only the softening gel on my cuticles, allowing it to sit for under 10 seconds and then proceeding to absolutely RIPPING off my cuticles. There was no bowl of water or any time/effort put into letting my nails soak. When the ripping led to my cuticles bleeding, she responded by immediately placing nail polish remover over the bleeding area (which if anyone doesn’t know causing BURNING). The rest of the manicure consisted of burning pain due to the polish. Worst experience with a manicure to date. I have come to this salon since I was in middle school; I will never be returning. Two days later and I am still having pain associated with the cuts in my cuticles. Horrible experience.

If you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your alone time I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO GRACE NAILS& SPA. The owners have horrible customer service skills, they are rude and racists. My best friend and I made apts to go and enjoy ourselves when we got there they were running late with their services , No problem we were in no rush, but 20 mins before closing Grace started kicking us out and telling us to come Back another day and make apts. We had been there for almost 2 hours already not like we got there right before closing time. Well we ended up leaving there without getting what we wanted done , we never once complained that they were running late. Paul is rude and should deff not be working with people . I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SALON TO ANYONE .

This is my go to place for a relaxing spa pedicure. The nail technicians are very friendly and listen to your needs. The instruments are cleaned very well and files etc are all new and just for your use. Highly recommended.

I was supposed to have mani and pedi done. Halfway through the procedure the beautician said “too much time for you” wow! How could she? I know that the more time I spend, the more money I spend, the more she take care of me the more the customer will be satisfied. Zero knowledge about basic customer service, let alone the right level. I wanted a snow star on one finger, I can paint it with a simple one. Unfortunately, in the entire salon for 20 beauticians only one can make design, and poorly. How is this possible ? In professional salons no one will employ a beautician who can not do basic designs!

Awful products, my powder manicure was bumpy and looked like an 8 year old applied it. The owner begrudgingly did not charge me and left my nails looking awful because it was closing time. Don’t bother.
