I asked for knotless braids. And when they finished it was cute, it’s just the fact that I asked for knotless and they still braided my hair so tight, and was pulling. I took my hair down this week and saw hair loss around my edges and it’s a tiny bald spot in the middle of my head, I never had issues before but this time I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I have been coming here for years, I always pay $180 for knotless braids. I have gotten knotted braids in the past for $160. After I got home today I realized that I didn’t get what I paid for which is knotless braids. According to the owner my hair was long so I still had to pay that extra $20. Let me say this, I always bring the same length of hair each and everytime. And each everytime they have only braided just passed the shoulders. My braids are shoulder length. I’m done coming here unless they take $20 off my next style or I can go to someone else who will give me what I paid for ☹️
