They don’t have the proper tools to do their job for one! When they did my feet no scrubs or new packaging, not even alcohol or lotion. My feet were washed with bath and body works. Nothing nice or relaxing about that. Also I was told $30 for feet and $30 for nail, mind you I got shellac on both so I know there’s an extra charge for that but some how my bill went up to $90 at the end which doesn’t add up to me. I got pink tips which you would think they would’ve done powder to give it a clean look, they used shellac. There are bubbles all in my nails. The likes look nasty and ghetto and the is a random yellow particle and black line in two different nails. My nails are crooked. Highly unsatisfied with the service. I would never come back here and hope people don’t spend their money here because you will leave upset. If I could give zero or negative numbers I would. I asked the person to explain that did my nails how the price of the nails came to that because his English was better and he ignored me lol and let the other lady with limited English tell me and she didn’t explain the overcharge for shellac. Added photos so you will see that my words are far from exaggeration! SMH I am embarrassed to walk around like this…

The decor of the place is very cute and girly. This is the only nail salon I will go to. The prices are very fair, considering how meticulous of a job the staff does. I came in not knowing what to get and ended up with a pumpkin/frankenstein design. It was so cute and appropriate for upcoming holidays! I will be back. Love, love, love this place!

Absolutely not happy. I came in as one of two customers. The lady started my feet. Now I’m sitting here with cold feet, scrub on my feet and wonder where my beautician is… Then I see there came a 3rd customer, and she’s just treating her with manicure without saying a word. Looks like she’s getting gel manicure, and I wonder how long I’ll sit here for. It’s already 35min, and they haven’t even started my treatment. When I’ve asked of someone would have the kindness to treat me, the 2nd nice lady said ‘oh, she doesn’t know how to apply shellac’. Really????!

I definitely recommend goin to this place because the girls take their job really serious they take their time the guy in the pedi section even if they don’t have recliners he does a wonderful job theres not a complaint about his job. Getting my windows tinted next door and had plenty of time to kill. Walked over for a pedicure. Overall, the service was decent. Nails trimmed and feet washed and exfoliated. Then I was asked what kind of pedicure I wanted. A mens pedicure is $25, and there are no reclining seats! With so many nail shops in Houston, what exactly did I pay for?

Definitely do not recommend this place… First off I just got my nails done yesterday and 3 different nails broke already.. and they over charged me.. I went in there to get a refill which is usually about $15-$18 dollars.. they charged me $25.

Loved it at first, hated it about the 3d time I went. Personally I won’t go back because I found a local place that I enjoy a whole lot more & they do a better job faster…..but for some reason there are ppl that still enjoy waiting for average nails & slow service at Gossip Nail. SO… that being said, to each their own.

Never coming again, service was bad they put a color I didn’t pick, they were rude and at the end my nails look like play-doh If you know what I mean, all out of shape and thick. I recommend you not to come!
