First time I’ve tried salon being local forever, never again. Rude to their staff. Rush through painting nails and they look like hell. Made appointment for entire family as we’re leaving for wedding. Having appointments I figured time was allotted for a French manicure. Think I was in chair for 15 minutes and it shows. Looks like someone did it blindfold. More polish on fingers then on nails, didn’t stretch line to end of nails. After asking to touch up the unpainted spot are still unpainted, how is that possible?!! Nail line in white polish where manicurist tried to correct white line and left own from her nail. Rookie paint job at best. There are endless salons in west Chester area. Pick another!!!! So disrespectful to staff which could possibly be family. Disgusted. Thanks for nothing

Critical: Quality, ValueI’ve been getting acrylics for a good year now so I have seen very well done nails and very badly done nails. This is definitely one of the worst I’ve ever had. I came in and asked for a refill and picked out my color. this was the first and last time I ever came here because it’s right next to my gym and I figured I can save some gas by getting them done here. The lady was not friendly at all and rushed the whole time. She cut them down sooo short after I had a decent length going. she barely shaped the nail after cutting them down and then proceeded to slap the polish on, like it was the nail Olympics or something. You can see the polish on the inside of the nail and how badly shaped they are. So horrible and not even worth the money. I just had my first appointment at Goshen Nails and I was impressed! The staff was very friendly and my acrylics came out great! I asked for a specific shape and Cindy was not only accommodating, but did a wonderful job. Such attention to detail! I will definitely be returning.

This is usually a good salon but today I felt taken advantage of. I had a manicure and waxing done. Although the salon was empty, I was rushed through as if 10 people were waiting. The hand “massage” consisted of a hot wash cloth for about 5 seconds. The person who did my waxing was fast and I had to finish the job with tweezers when I got home. Perhaps this was because I had given them each generous tips prior to the service! Very disappointing!

What a great place to have your nail done. This is my 1st time ever to recommend a place to go, but I have tried so many places, because I am so picky. The ladies at this nail salon are so awesome at doing my nails and pedicures. They last much longer and nicer than any other nail salon I have been too. I have had gel, acrylics and a manicure. All of these services are done excellently. I can always get an appointment and that’s great, because I refuse to go anyway else. The salon is extremely clean and sanitized everyday. I know because I have been there many nights after work to have my nails done and I have watched everything sprayed and wiped down every time.
