I just had the most amazing mini facial @gorgeouslashbarlv in Henderson. My face feels amazingly well hydrated. I highly recommend. My esthetician Kassity, @kassthetics.skin was very gentle. I think this is going to be a regular thing. The salon is impeccably clean, the atmosphere relaxing. I am going back tomorrow to get my lashes done. Happy birthday to me.

I have came to Gorgeous Lash Bar for the last couple months and it is always such a great experience from the ambience to the lovely lash artists, if you have time in your day I also recommend getting a Gorgeous Skin facial, my skin hadn’t glowed like that in months.

I’ve never had my lashes or brows done ever before. First timer and Leandra was absolutely wonderful. She is professional and informative. She put me at ease almost instantly!! I went for the classic eyelashes and brow tint. I’m gonna be saving so much of my time getting ready in the morning now,lol. I will definitely be coming and working with Leandra again. She is great,the service is great and I loved the work.

If I could give this experience negative stars I would. I made an appointment for a facial and hybrid lashes. When I arrived for the appointment I had to wait for 45 minutes to be seen as my technician was still doing lashes on another client. The technician while doing my facial told me they should have called me to reschedule the time so I did not wait. My facial was rushed, but I guess that is to be expected. They are supposed to give you a neck, arm, and hand massage with the facial per their website and I promise you the tech just placed her hands on my shoulders. Once my lashes were started it took several hours. I made an appointment for 1 pm and did not leave until almost 6. The worst part is even after leaving the way too long appointment. I was losing lashes the minute I got home. I had gaps in my lashes the next day! I of course tried to call and let them know as per their guidelines and no one answered when I called on Sunday, and Monday they are closed. So when I called Tuesday and someone answered they told me to come back in. I have NO time to sit around for a whole day for more lashes to fall out. When I said this they offered me a $20 refund. They charged me 215 dollars for lashes that fell out the same day and all they can offer is a $20 refund?! When I asked to speak to a manager the person on the phone refused to connect me and told me to call back in when a manager was available. I let them know to have a manager call me back as I am the customer with the complaint. I was told that someone would call me back by end of the day or Wednesday at the latest. Wednesday came and went and I heard nothing. When I called today I was told that it had been too many days since my lashes were done so all they can do is offer me to come back with a lash tech that is more experienced. I cannot tell you how frustrating this is as I explained I have no desire to be a customer of theirs as the experience was so awful. I asked to speak to a manager again and I was given the run-around. I found this whole thing to be extremely unprofessional and I would avoid this place at all costs. Especially if you are looking to have a good experience with lashes that last the normal 2-3 week time frame. Extremely frustrated.

I am floored with the skill of the technician. Besides a beautiful place, they need to be train. I’ve been doing my lash extension for over 10 years and haven’t had this bad of an experience., my lashes are space so far apart, not full, looks like I had them fill 2 weeks ago.
