Paid for one hour massage, was given a poor 40 minute massage, demanded tip, and she left three times for the door and three times to answer the phone. Just a bad experience when all I wanted was a basic massage.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI drove into Flagstaff and after being on the road for 9 hours was having some back pain. I called at 6pm and they had availability for 8pm. Cindy was my masseuse and I told her why I was there and she was amazing! She worked on my tight hips, hamstrings and back. I would come back here if ever in town again!

Hands down the worst message I’ve ever gotten. At the end the lady was very upset I didn’t tip her $100 to make it a” happy ending”. She proceeded to kick me out shortly after. The message consisted of a dull rub of the right side of my back..I’m a roofer and a could do 10x better!
