I am a weekly visitor here (with my daughter) and Hannah does my nails. I broke a nail (my natural nails are long) and she saved it by using gel powder. I was very grateful. Several weekly visits go by and she’s doing the same thing every week. Today I broke a different nail and went in for a mani and to have my nail repaired (which is on the menu $5) In her language she proceeded to talk about me and my nail to Tina who then came over to tell me Hannah wants to cut my nails. She had mentioned it me twice before and I said no that we would do it next time. Ladies come in there and pay for fake nails my length, why would I cut mine? They both proceeded to gas light me by pretending we had conversations about me being unhappy in the past and that apparently Hannah doesn’t want to do my nails anymore. So I asked what did I do and why. I explained that I think they had me confused with someone else and that I have never complained. I was happy with Hannah. Tina told me to ask Hannah so I did. She said she didn’t mind doing my nails but because last week I asked her to file more on the broken side, she was upset. It was the most bizarre experience and I felt like I was in the twilight zone. While the lady in charge was still gaslighting me, Hannah was trying to polish my nails but at that point I was overwhelmed and I needed to leave. They were rude to me, unprofessional, and made me highly uncomfortable. I got up and paid and tipped ANYWAY and left in tears. They will not ever get another dime of my hard earned money. That’s so unfortunate.

I’ve been going here for pedicures for at least 8 years. They’ve always done a great job. Implements are sterilized, very clean. Sally is wonderful. Took off the calluses without tickling me(a miracle), spoke English which helped with communication and she’s super sweet! This is the only pedicure shop I will go to!

Critical: Punctuality, QualityI have never been so disappointed. Went here twice once as a walk in and the second time with appointments with my sister and we had to wait over half an hour. We both got a no chip mani and prior to that I had dip which lasted me a good 5weeks . The nochip lasted me not even 5days. I went back to get two nails fixed since I had a party that weekend and they did not charge me which was great ,fast forward two days all of my nails started peeling . I went back and had them remove my no chip and get a regular polish. My nail tech did not properly remove the no chip and now I’m left with my nails chipping and very brittle never have my nails been so bad. I can literally see a coat of no chip base coat on my nails. They are not at all punctual if you make an appointment and get super upset if you ask for something specific. It was such a waste of my time and money. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI have been to this place 3 times now because I wanted to give them the benefit of a doubt. But I am still very disappointed mainly because when putting on the nail polish on my natural nails, Kim left such a huge gap between my natural NAILS and CUTICLES. They look like I’ve literally had them for at least 2 – 3 weeks.This has happened each time and the filing was quick and so uneven for an oval shape. I was hoping to be a regular but i unfortunately work too had to feel I’m being cheated/scammed. I felt rushed to “pick a color ” and there was about 10% conversation between us. Great pedicures for my husband and I, they seem to really care about our comfort and if we were pleased. Tran gave a good massage and paint job for my feet and no chip on my hands. I picked one of their more expensive pedicures and it was worth the price. I will be back due to the good customer service and many nail color options. Keep up the good job ladies and thanks for your service.
