I’ve been to a few places around here and all of them were basically the same, don’t know your name don’t remember you. But here I walked in and they were both so nice and friendly. Price was very good. I’ve been paying 90 to 110. I definitely will be returning. They talked to me like they had knew me for years! I like that kinda service.

Make sure you tell her exactly what you want. I would’ve never had a complaint on them, up til the last couple yrs. Shes burned my nail/finger with the drill, from being in a hurry. It’s happened to my friends as well. She messed up & charged for her mistake! It shouldn’t be like that either. I clearly state what I Want! So im only giving 3 stars!

Never again! I paid 85.00 for a 20 minute sloppy fill in and my mom was pretty much forced to get gel polish. I told them over and over she wanted regular polish and they kept telling her they couldn’t do a regular white tip French manicure with regular polish that she would have to get gel polish! They were nice but forced her to do that and rushed my fill in!! I’ve NEVER paid that much for nails! I paid 45 at K’s nails in wytheville for a full set with gel and my stepdaughters nails painted! The prices are high way robbery!! No thank you!!

I’ve been to this shop 3 times so far and every time I go in the husband is so friendly and full of jokes the wife is so informative and professional. I’ve been getting my nails done for about 15 years and you can go anywhere for rhinestones and crazy colors but QUALITY material and perfect shape is so hard to come by! Like I said about 15 years and this is the best shop I’ve been to since I’ve been in the NRV area. From Pulaski to Roanoke!

They do good work but over charge and charge full price for fill ins. Vicky stays on the phone constantly while working on nails and she wasnt really paying attention and ended up cutting 3 fingers them poured polish remover over the cuts. I also get my eyebrows waxed by her and she did a great job at it until she noticed i had my nails done somewhere else. I walked out with a regular length brow and the other half the normal length. She used to only charge 10 for it but she saw me pull money out of my pocket which was $12 and then all of a sudden i owed her 12 instead of the normal 10..

Never again will I go back. I usually go to NRV Nails and Spa in Blacksburg . But I didn’t feel like going to Blacksburg.Anyway , they overcharged me. Once I had started getting my nails done I asked her how much a full set would be knowing the man had told me $35. So I wanted my nails long and usually most nail shops charge $5 more. She had told me she wouldn’t know until she started cutting, when she started cutting she never gave me a option on how long I wanted my nails she just cut & when she looked at me she asked if I was happy? No, I let her know most nail shops ask me before they cut. Then she tried to argue with me over it and then asked me if I had money? She asked me to place my hand in this thing and burned my nails. She had poor customer service and I ended up paying almost $50 for my nails NON GEL . Terrible, I do not recommend anyone there. My nails are crooked and way to big. The nail polish is every where and I didn’t make it even home until they messed up.

The did an excellent job on my nails, but I would have liked to knownthe prices before they did the work. I never expected my nails to cost $60. If I had known beforehand, I never would have agreed to that particular thing done. Always check the price beforehand…lesson learned.

First time here and I really liked both the man and woman that run the place , they are both so nice and the man talked and joked with me and I really liked that . My nails I loved and they have held up very well, I paid $55 for a full set and he told me $35 for fill In. Over all very happy

This salon is not good. I went to get a manicure with my sister and was treated horribly the whole time. Not only did the employee painting my nails continuously make comments about how small my nails were, but she also yelled at me when I pointed out a hair in my nail polish that was drying on my nail. I politely asked if she could do anything about the hair (I understand that sometimes this can happen) but she yelled at me and said she did not see anything on my nails and that there was no hair. I turned to my sister to see if she saw a hair and she agree and pointed it out. The woman continued to be rude. After the hair incident the employee talked about my sister and me to the other person working there. This made me feel incredibly uncomfortable! The techniques used here were very cheap. They sprayed my hands with nail polish remover from a spray bottle. They also covered my hands with oil which I have never experienced before. The woman that did our nails insisted that our nails were dry and that we leave even though that wasn’t true. My sister’s nails were ruined by the time she paid because she did not have enough time to let them dry. This was truly a horrible experience and this place lacks customer service and common courtesy. I would definitely NOT recommend going here.
