This place is absolutely horrible. I would encourage you not to waste your money going to this place. The older guy is completely rude and unprofessional. I have never been treated so horribly by a nail tech than I have by him. He screamed and yelled at me and then got up and walked away and went in the back. All I asked of him was to fix the design on my nail and he said I complained too much. It was all smeared. He made me feel so uncomfortable. I went one time before and he was rude then but I assumed he was having a bad day. I am usually so appreciative of the people who do my nails and always tip good but this was the worst experience I have had at a salon. Don’t waste your money!

Critical: QualityI’m from Phoenix and was visiting my mom so we decided to get our nails done and they ended up peeling off after less than 24 hours, and they were wet underneath. We got there at 11 and there wasn’t anyone else in there so it sucks that they couldn’t take enough time to make sure these were done correctly. Very disappointed. I’m from Phoenix and was visiting my mom so we decided to get our nails done and they ended up peeling off after less than 24 hours, and they were wet underneath. We got there at 11 and there wasn’t anyone else in there so it sucks that they couldn’t take enough time to make sure these were done correctly. Very disappointed. Clean place, the owner is very personable.One worker, I’m thinking the son, is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!He wore earbuds and watched a football game on his phone while doing my nails. I will never go back to this place ever again. I had been going there for over three years. The previous owners were awesome. Always a pleasure. The new owners are completely the opposite. During the transition from previous owner and new I went to another salon but decided I needed to give them a try. In the last four months I have had to have a different nail tech each time. The first was really good but they said he went to Vietnam. The next one after two appointments went on vacation. The third was the owners son so I thought maybe he would be around. Unfortunately his work was inferior but his brother Tim said I could go to him as he does great art work. Well I called yesterday to make an appointment with Tim. I asked for him and wanted an 11:00 appointment. The owner said ok so I went in today for my scheduled appointment with Tim and low and behold he wasn’t there. He was “on vacation”. I confronted her about our phone conversation in which she said ok for Tim. They tried to get me to have someone else do my nails. I voiced my dissatisfaction and left. I won’t go back.

UPDATE: This used to be great while the previous family owned it; it’s not so good anymore. High employee turnover and long waits are the norm now. The quality of the work is unpredictable due to the experience level of whoever is working with you. I tried several times and don’t bother going anymore.

It was a nice place looks like husband and wife and one other person.I was quoted $42 when he was done it was $50 I felt ripped off,I go to cottonwood and they do the same the powder dip. Great Job they do!! For the same price all the time & two colors $40 I won’t go back
