I believe it was Anna who did my nails and she was beyond professional from beginning to end. Not only did she take me last minute before she closed but she also took her time to make sure they came out perfect. She was super sweet and her work is fantastic. Before anything I want to explain that the photo I posted is about 4 weeks out of having these nails and they still look fantastic. I believe it was Anna who did my nails and she was beyond professional from beginning to end. Not only did she take me last minute before she closed but she also took her time to make sure they came out perfect. She was super sweet and her work is fantastic. Love the ladies in this place

It’s very bad service they didn’t do nails I expected to do it plus they ask me for tip from 15%-20% of tip. When I told them tip which not something to ask which I decide to give they give me a look saying person spend 1 hour to do my nails. Well Well I have been to other places and they all spend more then hour but they don’t ask you for tip ofc they expect but not ask. I would never go back to this place again even though it’s closer to my house and I will tell my friends and family as well not to visit

The workers here are very professional and kind. The manager, Julie, is amazing at nail art and can perfectly replicate references nail photos exactly! I love getting my nails done by her and go here all the time!!

Bad service, had a 1pm appointment with Julie, arrived 10 min early, waited until 130 for another girl to start taking off my nail polish. The girl proceeded to cut my acrylic nails, and chipped and misshaped them. Julie then took over, was in a rush, left my nails lumpy, crooked and uneven, very sloppy painting my nails, got nail polish all over my cuticle and underneath my nails, had to go home and file around my nails to fix the blobs of gel polish she left around my nails, skin, and cuticle. When I asked her if she knew how to do a marble design she told me just do plain polish instead. I guess she was too “ in a rush” or in a bad mood. This is not the first unfriendly encounter I have had there. Would not recommend anyone to go there, and def not going back. Extremely disappointed!

Honestly even after I moved to the next state over and an hour and half from golden nails, I still make the drive to come see Julie on the weekend. She is so professional and she never disappoints! Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to get my extensions off, and paint a fresh coat. The lady soaked it for an hour+, and then just filing (I’ve never heard of doing this to get extensions off). After 2 hours, parts of my nail were brittle thin and others still had the extensions on them. You could clearly see the previous colored extensions. Even the nail paint she put on was bumpy and streaky in places.When I went back to get them fixed, they all were defending the worked and blaming me saying why didn’t I say anything before. The lady put a bowl of acetone in front, and told me to soak and went off. When I told her I had somewhere to go after this, she said “but that’s not our problem”. At the point, I just left. During this second visit, no one said “sorry” to me at all, and were just too busy blaming me.So now my nails are brittle, broken, bumpy, with pieces of extensions, bending bc they’re so weak, and just overall ruined.If you’re thinking about coming, just don’t. The insta pics might be nice, but the service and quality is worst I’ve ever seen. I don’t think you can read my frustration with this review but I literally cried as soon as I got home. I went to get my extensions off, and paint a fresh coat. The lady soaked it for an hour+, and then just filing (I’ve never heard of doing this to get extensions off). After 2 hours, parts of my nail were brittle thin and others still had the extensions on them. You could clearly see the previous colored extensions. Love love this Salon Julie is awesome, her sister did my nails and she is wonderfully awesome!!! I SAW the ugly reviews and I must say it’s a damm Lie the prices are awesome they massage your fingers and put a special capsule with vitamins for your nails and a warm towel I never seen no other salon do that! and they take their time.
