My sister arrived 10 minutes late and instead of greeting her nicely and trying to accommodate her or explaining that she cannot take her she asks her in a rude tone “why are you late” and made UNNECESSARY comments towards my sister telling my grandmother that she is “spoiled”. Why as an owner would you need to make that comment if you don’t personally know her? LEARN good customer service. She also over charged for my grandma’s services. I would NEVER recommend anyone to go to this salon if this is how the owner treats people. There’s so many other salons where people will treat you with respect. Unfortunately this (not so) “golden nail salon” is not one of them.The owner is VERY disrespectful.
