If you need someone to help your skin, you should make an appointment at GLOW. At the first time, when I talked to Simone, she made me a little bit surprised with her policy for the appointment cancellation. However, when I came to her for the first time, I thought that policy was necessary because she is the only who takes care GLOW and your skin. So, you should respect to her time. After taking treatment at GLOW, I have to say it is hard to find another as GLOW to help your skin. She made me feel comfortable, relaxed. I really love the music that helps a lot. Simone is nice and always give me good advices for my skin. Good job!

Simone is amazing person and even more amazing at her job! She is very accommodating with your schedule as well as understanding with work issues that inevitably come up! After meeting Simone, my goal is to have my skin look just like hers! FLAWLESS! Glow is located in a beautiful building downtown Hartford and her space is so calming and relaxing. This was my first experience getting eyelash extensions. Simone explained everything I needed to know about the process and aftercare. Her center is clean, relaxing, and I completely trusted her to work her magic and she did! I had such an amazing experience and the lashes came out even better than I could have imagined. I really love that she has her own products–especially since they are formulated to be really gentle and can be used on sensitive and allergy prone skin. Simone is absolutely amazing! She has the sweetest disposition, the most flawless skin and is ridiculously fast at applying eyelash extensions! Never having had them before, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but she took time to listen, asked me questions to figure out what I wanted and delivered exactly what she said she would! I always feel great when I leave and while I’m there, I’m so relaxed due to the atmosphere she has created. The minute you get off the elevator, you can smell the calming aroma coming from GLOW and Simone makes you extra comfortable in her inviting space. The music and entire environment are so relaxing. I love going there! What started as one Groupon has turned into many visits and I don’t plan on stopping! Simone rocks!!
