Great customer service! I’ve worked in the customer service industry for years and the ladies working at the front desk really impressed me! No tanning/spa I’ve gone to in the past has asked me to use the spa. But, not this place, they have encouraged me to use it every time I’ve gone in! Not in a pushy way either. They offer just what it’s website promotes, a luxury sun spa experience! Very clean, and a large assortment of high-end beds, with many spa options too! I would highly recommend!

This place is the best! Super friendly and always willing to listen and offer advice about what I’m looking for. The beds themselves are great as well! I would also like to mention a really honest business model as well. Something came up and they were extremely willing to work with me and my situation! Was trying to spa shop as I am new to Denver and this was the first one I stopped by and the last! The employees we met the first day (6/6) were so sweet that we signed up immediately- also was an amazing deal for the luxury family package and deals on lotions. It is so beautiful inside I felt intimidated and I thought the girls would be less interactive with guests but they were the opposite and when we came back (6/8)mom and I met two more new girls and they were just as delightful. We already feel at home. Nicole even rembered us when she came in (6/8) from signing up and welcomed us back. I literally signed up from how well we were treated on our initial visit and the patience they had describing all the services.. And everything’s so clean and new inside it just transports you and makes you forget about the outside world for a little bit.

This has to be my favorite customer service experience of all time. There were two ladies working today – Kayleigh and a lovely blonde lady (I didn’t get her name) – and both of them were fantastic. Kayleigh helped me primarily, and not only was she exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, but you can tell she takes her job seriously. She is the employee companies are lucky to have (and should do anything to keep). I did the full body hydration machine before my tan – both were fantastic. The place is also sparkling clean and the decor is beautiful.
