For the last couple of years, Glo deserves 5 stars. I adore Missy, and even the less frequent staff have been so sweet, professional, helpful, and very welcoming. However the interaction I had with a particular staff member this evening has me dumbfounded. I was starting to think I was on the show, “Punked” because I have never been treated so rudely not only at Glo, but any establishment. I have never had someone In customer service be adamantly determined to not problem solve, or be solution focused. Her tone, demeanor, and word choice were so condescending and she seemed to resent that the manager called and told her to allow me to tan. As I was tanning I was thinking maybe she is just having a really bad day. So I approached her when leaving and started with, “I really do wish you the best…” She cut in saying,
