Located in a peaceful rural setting where you can relax and enjoy massage, facials and a workout in our gym either with a personal trainer or on your own. Our amenities include steam and sauna or relax in our O2 chair.

What a wonderful day spa! I went for a massage and facial earlier today. The entire experience exceeded my expectations! I didn’t catch the receptionists name but she was completely on top of things and made me feel welcome right away. I had a facial with Stephanie, which was great. I also had a 90 minute massage with Dawn, who is truly gifted as a massage therapist! I spent some time in the sauna and took a nice shower afterwards. I already got my husband on board to spend our anniversary there. Thanks team Glo!

Absolutely incredible service and facility! We stopped in after a backpacking trek in the Catskills so were quite sore and sweaty, and this was the perfect end to the trip. Massages were wonderful, the sauna and steam were great, and the relaxation lounge was the perfect place to rest in our fluffy robes and drink some tea. Can’t wait to go back.

We made use of the sauna and steam rooms and the relaxation room while we waited for each other. Certainly recommend visiting if you’re ever in the Woodstock area.

I have had many facials over years, and my recent facial with Liz was honestly one of the best that I have ever had. I have extremely reactive and sensitive skin, and afterwards my skin felt nourished, calmed, and much clearer than it has been in a long time. I felt like Liz both really listened to my concerns about my skin and took great care in choosing products for the session that would help with my problem areas. Not only did my skin feel so much better, but the entire experience was so relaxing and I left feeling like a lot of my stress had been relieved. I would highly recommend Liz’s facials for helping problem skin. The treatment was both gentle and effective and Liz is both intuitive and knowledgable! 5/5!

Beautiful and clean facility, fireplace in my massage room with a view! Great lounge to grab a work call and just unwind. Also I must add the staff from the front desk to the masseuse were so kind and attentive. I will be coming back on my next trip to woodstock. An absolute must!

As someone who rarely does something for herself, let alone treat myself to services at such a high quality spa, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Glo and have been back several times for services over the last few months. My aesthetician, Angel, did an amazing job at answering all of my questions and making me feel comfortable in this new setting. She did such a wonderful job on my services I have even taken family members to her for services and they rave about her patience and knowledge, they can’t wait to book again! If anyone is thinking about getting a service done at Glo, don’t think, DO IT!
