After coming to this business for months consistently that is now ending. While getting services done acetone spilled on my clothing. Because iv had this happen to me before I knew the item was damaged. At checkout I asked if they could take something off of my service. They basically proceeded to tell me because it was an accident they couldn’t. I had to spend a few minutes explaining to them this wasn’t right. They eventually complied and took $20 off my $180 bill. As someone who has been a customer faithfully, it was the worst customer service I’ve ever received. I will not be returning.

Staff are rude and very racist. They give priority to other customers I thought at first it was because they were busy. But after a couple times I did see the difference I sat for almost 20 mins with cold water on my feet. They were offering drinks to other customers but not to me. That’s when I knew they were treating customers different. I had been going to this place for 1.5 year

Came in today and got both a pedicure and manicure. No one tried to upsell me anything after I choose each package,which is always nice. They offered me a drink and said if I changed my mind let them know, it is no problem. Everyone was nice and inviting. Also, the salon looks amazing on the inside. Definitely going back!

The lady who completed my service of taking off 7 dip nails was very sweet. The man at the front is not personable. The price for dip is 45+ and I asked what + meant and he said it was 5$ to take off dip, extra to shape, to cut down, etc. This price is more than my typical salon (45 with all “extras” included). I told him thank you, but I’ll just go to my typical salon. This nail is next to the lash salon I use, so I decided to go back the following day just to take off my dip until I have time to drive to my regular salon. I go in, ask for nail dip removal on my 7 nails (I had three fingers where they were completely off). When I go to pay, it’s 10$. I asked why he said it was 5$ and he said it’s 5$ only if I get new dip placed on. I feel like they just took my money with no care. I was clearly upset with his miscommunication and he had a straight face and simply said “I remember you from yesterday”. So many hidden fees and the man is super sneaky and does not have any interpersonal skills to make the customer feel wanted at all. Additionally, they left my hand with residue all over. For 10$ to take off 7 nails with acetone, I wish I had done it at home on my own. The man is unkind however the lady who took my nails off was nice, just left residue. My complaint is residue left over, price, and the front desk man. There are plenty of salons with kinder service and lower prices with quality work!

I have been coming here regularly for 6+ months and I have been pleased with the service each time. I get a pedicure and dip manicure. I do not make a reservation but rather I try to go when I know it isn’t too packed. I haven’t had to wait for a very long time. They’re very kind and the salon is comfortable. I recommend it!

This place is great! Super clean, looks brand new. The price of my dip nails was a bit on the pricier side ($50) but I thought it was worth it. My nail techs name was Nina and she was extremely thorough, efficient, and nice to talk to.
