Rosie gives me that bold, dramatic, mega volume look flawlessly each visit, and she’s so fun to talk to. Confusing policies. Older lady at front desk does too much and doesn’t seem like an asset to the business at all. The owner is very talented and sweet. She even teaches classes. The younger lady at the front has better customer service skills. Great place. She just needs someone more professional up front.
