Tbh, this place and service did not give what I expected, per social media and all. The staff were loud, no privacy or shields to demarcate beds. The esthetician who serviced me talked and laughed over me with her colleagues the entire service(facial). She will apply a product and say it need to stay on for ten mins, then be gone for another 15, no proper customer interaction, maybe telling me what she was doing or actually spending time with me through the service, cause she was gone almost after every application. I had high hopes for this place but was pretty disappointed. I also ordered a bar soap with them that never came for weeks, and eventually had to ask for a refund.

Today was my first time at Doll face Studio and my experience was nothing but good. I received the Doll Face Glaze Facial and it was relaxing and when done my skin had a dewy glow to it. Nikki is very professional and so is her assistant Lex. I am looking forward to my next facial here and would definitely recommend for anyone to try this place out.
