Critical: QualityI would not suggest coming here. I’ve been to this place a few times because it’s close to where I live and each time I regret it but try to give it the benefit of the doubtAll times when I’ve gotten my gel nails done here they have chipped within 2 days of me getting them done. Just the other day I got a gel mani and pedi, I was in a rush and needed to go somewhere close by. That same night my big toe polish had chipped already and the next day my mani was chipped??? I don’t know if it has something to do with the product they use or what but this has happened every time I’ve come to this salon, chipped nails. It never happens with my regular salon especially with gel so I’d be careful coming here.Services: Manicure, PedicureI would not suggest coming here. Positive: Professionalism, QualityI love coming here Annie is so nice and does the BEST pedicure and hao does my nails perfect! I like a short coffin shape and it seems to be very hard to do when they’re short because it just looks funny that shape is meant to be a longer nail and he is the only person in my 20 yrs of getting acrylics that I was completely happy with the way they came out! Horrible experience at the nail salon. They weren’t knowledgeable on gel nails, my nails finish isn’t smooth, they didn’t put polish on entire nail. They also had my fingers in nail polish remover for too long – fingers are peeling and dry. They took almost 2 hours. Just a terrible experience.

Ive been going here since last summer, was very happy at first! I got an eyebrow wax once and the women burnt my eyelids. Ive had many waxings and this has never happened before. My eyelids were red swollen and blistered for several days.

I’ve been here a couple times before for waxing and walked away satisfied. Yesterday however, the woman who did my waxing got ALOT of wax in my hair and I’m pretty sure that had my son not said something about it (yes, I dragged my 6 yr old along) she would not have mentioned it… she attempted numerous times to remove the wax by ripping the hair from my head, I finally had to explain that I could do it on my own better at home. I also mentioned that I would appreciate it if she did NOT put the oil on my face after the waxing because it makes me break out. Needless to say I left having paid FULL price with a head full of wax and oil all over my face. No attempt was made to retain my patronage after this colossal mistake. Will not be going back.

Horrible experience in this salon. She wanted to rush removing dipped nails. She used an acrylic nail to push under the nail. PAIN! She went under my own nail. Tore it halfway through the nailbed. Never again! NEVER!!!
