Love this place! It is clean and the staff is awesome! They listen to what you want and you get amazing results! I get dip and my daughter does dip and pedicures. Emma does a fantastic job on my daughter. Her nails last and don’t peel or lift. I usually have Taylor and recently Ivy. Both take very good care of me. I have extremely sensitive nails and I told them the first time to be gentle and I have never had to say it again. They take pride in their work, and I love that! Highly recommend!!

Horrible experience. First time here I got dip over natural nails my thumb nail cracked four days later so I went in to get it fixed. The nail tech who fixed it was extremely rude I told her she had used the wrong color ( as you can see I had off white applied) and she had to remove what she had used. She then proceeded to over file my nail with the electric nail filer to the point it began to hurt and I clearly expressed. This was my end result which I was not happy with. The tech didn’t even bother to remove the excess. With the prices they charge this business needs to do better.

I truly cannot trust this business anymore and that in itself should be enough to not come here. I’ve been a customer for close to 2 years now and at this point it’s time I call them out on their scams with services and criminally high prices. Out of all the nail salons I’ve been to, this one definitely falls last and by far the worst. I’ve given this place many chances to redeem themselves but now it’s quite revealing how many bad reviews they have. Even worse the responses to the bad reviews is so unprofessional and quite childish.

My mother had a gift certificate for the location. The name changed so I called and asked if they would honor it. They said yes. I asked twice to be sure they said no problem. Set apt, service was poor I had a fill w my own gel polish and pedicure they did not massage or exfoliate my legs. Charged me 40 for my nails even though I brought my own polish. They did not put lotion on my moms hands after her manicure. Went to pay and they wouldn’t that the certificate. It was for 35 dollars. Even when the women told her she told us they would honor. The woman at the register was so nasty. The poor service was bad but my mom buys her daughter in law gift cards there all the time. No longer and don’t go there and don’t buy any gift certificates.

I was very disappointed in my pedicure service it was very rushed and painful I had told the gentleman many times what I seen wrong but cared less to fix them. I had previously been there twice and loved it but this time around I had such a bad experience and yet paid full price for bad service. And I sure paid a good amount for my services! I had gel nails done as well and didn’t even last a day without the gems falling off. I won’t be going back I’m wasting too much money to not have the same great experience!

First time here and horrible service! Walked in and some girl laying around on a pedicure chair finally greeted me after 5 mins of just standing around. She then starts to take my nail polish off, which is okay until she starts to constantly grab her phone, text, ask Siri to change the song a bunch of times. Mind you she’s doing all of this with gloves on and while still touching my feet. Every time I ask her a question- she’s completely rude. Not sure who she was because she wasn’t the one who did my pedicure, but the fact that they have ignorant, unsanitary people working at this place is the reason I won’t go back! Two stars only because the pedicure was good and the gentlemen who did my pedicure was nice.

Came in for a nail removal and the nail tech was kinda hesitant to take it off since the set was still new. She started to take off my full set with card instead of drilling it off. She damaged my nail beds and seemed like she didn’t want to do the service on me .

Great experience here! Taylor did a fantastic job, extremely knowledgeable as a professional, and very talented as an artist! Plus very accommodating. I came in pretty late on a Sunday wanting a mani & pedi, needed a full set done, and she stayed an hour after closing to give me exactly what I wanted! Couldn’t be happier! Will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends

The nail tech really took her time. Other times I’ve gotten my acrylics done at other places, my nails peel up, but this never happened. Made an appointment and was accepted in 10 mins early.
