This NEW place is NOT Smudge! It’s a new owner and she was amazing today! She did such a nice job explaining all the choices to me and recommending her products for their different attributes. I am not someone who gets my nails done very often but I may be a new regular customer here. The salon is lovely with very comfy chairs and nice decor. I highly recommend Lindsay. She is a woman business owner whose prices were very reasonable and her care for her customers was genuine!

If I could give this place zero starts I would. The owner is a joke. I tried to use a gift card that was purchased right before Covid and she would not honor it. She said it was an old gift card (gift cards don’t expire in MA) and that it was purchased at the Newton location and I have to use it there. That location is closed. The gift card was in fact purchased at the Needham location but she still would not honor it. The owner offered zero apologies and flat out refused to acknowledge the gift card. Literally go anywhere but here. They are a joke.

I got dip nails from smudge nail spa. I would give them 5 stars if 4 nails didn’t fall off in the first few days of having them. I’ve had to buy nail glue to put them back on, but other than that the staff was very friendly and I’m very happy with the look and color of my nails *edit* few seconds after posting another nail fell off
