Critical: ProfessionalismI wouldn’t go here for lash extension!!!! I guess you do get what you pay for. They are cheap for a reason. I didn’t have thelashes 2 hours and they were falling off. Went for a refill and they wanted to charge me for a full set of lashes again. Then I said that’s okay, she said $60. No, Willie!! I’ll go elsewhere or wear mascara!! Thanks though!!! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI went to get a henna tattoo. I asked how much a half sleeve would be and she said $20. I showed up and she said it would be $35 based on the photo. I said no problem, since that’s still a great price. Half way through she started to run out of henna. She got angry and said the piece was too big and should be $45. I was confused because she didn’t complain about the size when I showed her the photo beforehand. I told her just to do half of what the photo was since she was upset it was to big. She didn’t finish the original design, did half and still charged me $45. I wouldn’t be too upset if it turned out great because large henna can be expensive, but it looked like a 5 year old drew all over my arm. It’s embarrassing to show people it looks so bad. My friend also got henna on her hand and it looks so bad like blotchy spots and squiggly lines. Do not go here for henna. They will get half way through the service, decide to charge you more and you could color on yourself and it would look better. They should no be doing this service here. I went to get a henna tattoo. I asked how much a half sleeve would be and she said $20. I showed up and she said it would be $35 based on the photo. Went to get a service. Another threader (not the one completing my service) begins to stand over me and talk to my servicer casually while holding her young baby. I knew she and child were extremely close over me (totally unprofessional), but my eyes remained closed as I did not want to appear as a rude by asking her to provide distance.
