MAN UP!!! I found myself worn out. Body sore from constant high intensity training along with a rigorous lifestyle on the ranch. My wife recommended I get a massage from Garrett. He offers two types of massages. The Oudoorsman deep tissue and the R&R massage. The Outdoorsman isn’t candy coated and provides more of a healing massage. So I was in a conundrum because I have never had a man give me a massage. So I decided to break some barriers and go to Garrett for treatment. Boy was I glad I did!! He actually pointed out many of my issues and released the tension I was needing. If you have an active lifestyle I highly recommend that you visit Garrett. And if you’re a man and felt like I did about a man giving you a massage…..Well MAN UP . His prices are excellent and his calm demeanor will put you at ease. His treatment room has a classic western Montana feel and is located in the Gateway Building in Columbia Falls.
