Giana is not only amazing at what she does but she also will make sure that all of her clients are completely satisfied with her services. I was looking for a new place to get my brows done since my package at European Wax Center was ending , and I wanted to try eyebrow lamination and also a lash lift/tint. The first time I went to Giana my eyelashes came out gorgeous, but I told her a couple of days later that I wasn’t as happy as I thought I’d be with the lamination. Giana understood and so she did the lamination again on me free of charge and they came out better than I could have ever imagined! It was so nice of her and she is so friendly and makes you feel right at home. I can’t wait for my next appointment and I highly recommend her!!

I was going to different nail salons for years to get my eyebrows waxed. I’d never get the same person at any of the places and it was always a gamble as to whether or not my eyebrows would come out well. I’d go to one place for a while with no problems and suddenly I’d get it done badly and try a new place. The last time I went to one of the salons my eyebrows came out crooked and that’s when I looked up local places to go and found Giana. I’ve seen her twice so far and she does a great job. I just wish I’d found her sooner.
