Google maps took me to the old location, I knew they are on Mohawk st. but the GPS seems to not be updated yet. They have done the best job (acrylic nails) on my fiancé out of 2 other local nail salons. 3rd times a charm.

I got a gel dip manicure that chipped the next day for no apparent reason. I called and no problem with fixing the chipped nails. I go back. Get them repaired and they chipped again two days later. I called and whomever I spoke to was rude. Said the dip only lasts two weeks. He was laughing and thought my complaint was funny when I said I don’t pay a hundred dollars with tip for my nails to chip like this within a day or two after getting them done. If that was the case I would buy polish at a store and do them myself. He hung up and was very rude and unprofessional. I will never go back or recommend anyone getting their nails done there. Also my friend got a gel pedicure there and within the week the entire toe nail polish was coming completely off.

Got a pedicure this morning with basic one color gel polish. I arrived about 15 minutes early for my appointment, they gave me a few minutes to pick a color then got me right into a chair. Took about half an hour and the gentleman did a great job. My toes are cute and my feet feel fantastic. The place was nice and clean without being overly fussy. Even on a Saturday there was ample street side parking. Would definitely go again.

I think this is the best place in utica to get ur nails done. Every other place I have gone hasn’t been great. But genesee nails. They are the best. The lady does a great job with the eye lashes and waxing. The guys do great job with the nails. Show them what design you want they do it in a better way. I haven’t tried the pedicure yet. But next time I go I shall give it a try and let you know my honest opinion.

I did like that I was able to sit in there for a few minutes before opening. I waited 30 minutes to get my eyebrows done after being the first one there because I’m guessing she was running late. How are you late when y’all open late just how. Overall it was still nice inside. They are always packed tho

What a great experience! Ty was my nail artist and he was super personable, fave gregreat tips for making my nails stronger, and was very gentle after I let him know I had been burned (literally) at another salon by the grinder. My nails came out beautiful, too! Definitely will be returning!!!
