In 3 years, I have never left this place with a bad haircut- even when experimenting with different shapes and colors. You never really know with corporate salons…then again you never really know with boutiques either, regardless, everyone here is great at what they do. I suggest Katy, but I used a few random stylists after Cole left and they were all superb! Customer service at this location is 10/10, had a mix up with my bill, there was another Emily there at the same time as me- which story of my life-, but the manager was quick to rectify the mistake and gave me her card, as well as a follow up call the next week to make sure my funds were definitely returned. Also, man do they know how to give a good head massage ♀️. It’s a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for ya know? I say treat yourself and have a month full of great hair days!

My hair was completely a mess with bad color and Cathy was amazing! She fixed my color and was so kind and patient and explained the entire process. She gave me beautiful highlights. Angela did my hair cut and she as well was great! Thanks for helping me out when I was in town. I would definitely recommend these two ladies and will be going back.

I got my hair cut by Dallas and she completely transformed me! I feel so beautiful and confident! I had a very vague idea of what I wanted and she listened attentively and thoroughly explained her vision that she believed matched my description. She was 100% correct, she gave me exactly what I wanted and more. I felt so comfortable and we had a great conversation the whole time. I would 100% recommend ANYONE to see Dallas at Gene Juarez, and I will definitely be returning to her in the future !!!

I went to this salon in June for cut and color. My color was actually pretty fresh, as I had had it done eight weeks prior in another salon. I consumed with the colorist, and showed her several pictures of what I was wanting. It was an ashy blonde with significant contrast to the dark underneath. I went with her suggestion for adding low lights to add contrast, as she thought I had enough blond. What I ended up with was a dingy taupe, very dark. When I went back an hour later, they quickly booked me in for color correction the next day (worth a star). When I arrived I was told by the colorist that the color I wanted couldn’t have been achieved. Ok, maybe…but that should have been discussed. She added some highlights, and I left with a barely refreshed look similar to what I had walked in with, and ~300 poorer. Previously I have had excellent results there, but was very disappointed. Pluses for this salon are they are usually very professional, the salon is very nice and they have extended hours which is great. This experience was overall not good, and they are very expensive.

I was recommended to go here by a close friend. I was told it’s was a place that goes above and beyond other salons and its about the whole experience. Well we got cuts, and for the price, we had no experience, nothing different than any other salon we have gone to, this one cost me over double the price$$$$, sadly we never had any experience. We had hoped this was going to be our new to go place. Very pricey for basic haircuts. I would say my cut doesnt really even have much style, just a basic cut. The employees were polite and nice.
