I asked to have a deluxe pedicure and picked my color. I was getting dip powder on my nails and asked for it to match. The tech decided that this was a match. While she started I mentioned that it didn’t match and she continued as two people walked in requesting a full set each and because she was the only one to do the full set she tried to hurry knowing I was upset and not fix them. She told me that the color matched 80%. I told her it was more like -25%. Regardless if asking to match 80% still isn’t a good match. If you can’t match then say that but don’t pick the color when I spend $100 and expect it to just be fine so you can move to the next customers for more money from them. I have been going here repeatedly for over a year and I have enjoyed it but today just left a bad taste in my mouth especially because I am a repeat customer. I spent 3 hours in there and left unhappy. Just so disappointed this wasn’t handled better.

Never have I had my nails done worse at this place than recently, went to get a gel full set and the older woman did such an awful job at shaping the acrylic and the shape for my nails, and when I requested that she fix the crooked talons she put on my nails she just insisted that it looked fine and all the same. She also used very old nail files and looked like she just didn’t know or care what she was doing at all. To top it all off I was charged extra for the length even though I always get my nails the same length and have never been charged there for nails that are less than an inch long.

I would not go back again. I came in to get an acrylic refill and the second I walked into the door they were trying to convince me to get other stuff done such as a pedicure and even my eyebrows waxed. I said no to both that I just came in for a refill. They sat me down and the lady that started my nails was super rough. Once we were almost finished she asked me twice if I wanted to do a gel top coat instead of polish and I told her no twice. She ignored me and proceeded to put gel on my nails anyways, which I did not realize until she asked me to put my nails under the light that I realized it was gel. She also asked me at the end if I wanted my eyebrows waxed and I said no, this was the second time they asked about my eyebrows which at that point it made me feel like they were judging me. After I paid and left I checked out my nails and they were so sharp and the gel was so sticky. I was not happy. They will not be seeing me again.

Critical: CleanlinessI wanted plain colorless nail polish. The boy that did my nails put on a topcoat only. He said that is colorless. Not having nails done very often I went home the next morning it was all peeling off. I went back and asked for clear nail polish the manager said that is the clear. He did redo my nails, this time with a base coat and top coat. Mgr. said it would be $10 more for polish. Poor technician and business policy. Not so good. They really did a terrible job 2 times my nails. I went there two times hoping the first time was a mistake I made with my nails however it definitely was not me. When I go to my place and pascagoula my nails never chipped and I never have a problem with them.

They then took them off and I told them that this is not what I wanted and if I could please leave as they continued on my nails. And I need to add that there was a nasty yellow color liquid in a bottle on the table where they were doing my nails and all the stuff they used on me was dirty and not cleaned. I used to enjoy coming here. The staff was so friendly and funny and now you go in and they appear bothered you came. Don’t get me wrong I dont need to be entertained but its definitely gone down hill a little. Not as clean as it used to be.

Have two split nails after going here for the first time while visiting MS. My nails have never split before and I’ve gotten a gel manicure many times. I think it’s because the nail tech used an electric file to remove the previous shellac on my nails instead of soaking off with acetone, cotton and foil (she did this to save time)—I think it caused some physical trauma to the nail. They’ve split very far down which sucks because I’ll have to wait a couple months before getting them redone.
