Dianna is amazing at this location. This is HANDS DOWN the best barber shop experience I have had. Great service friendly staff. And the first time someone has ever got my beard trim correct. Been pretty disappointed. Most of the time the workers don’t really care about my haircut. They don’t listen to what I ask for, they often times are paying attention to the show on TV or their co-workers. I found one decent lady there, but she moved. I have tried over half the staff, and they just don’t do a good job. I always have to tell them to watch out for my cowlick otherwise they just will ignore it. I have walked out several times gotten to my car, and had to fix my hair because the stylist just left a section sticking out at a weird angle. Other Goat location have been good, this one is terrible.

The people who work here are great at cutting hair, I had a membership for a while, it became to trend for them to reschedule my appointments or have to cancel them so I eventually cancelled my member ship, I had an appointment scheduled for today and they contacted me to tell me they could no longer do it when it was scheduled for and that the only other time they could do it was 12 which couldn’t work. If you like actually getting your hair cut I would recommend going to a different place I’d say it’s a 50/50 chance you get a haircut if you schedule your appointment here.

A decent place to get a haircut, for a above average price. And one of the only barbershops that does a good nose/ear wax. there is a lack of male barbers at the G.O.A.T. locations. Good or Bad? You decide. The lady who cut my hair was very nice and did good work. I give all G.O.A.T.s 4 stars only because I feel like you can get just as good of a haircut at Archie’s or Moore’s for a fairer price.

I called this barber at 6:30pm there website says they are open until 8pm. With no customers inside because I was sitting in front of there shop they tell me that they can not take me in for a beard trim because they are closing soon. I asked what time are you closing they said 7pm. I then asked you can’t take me in there is still a half hour they said no cause they need to clean up. I thought business hours means you take care of customers not clean up. I would rather go to lady janes down the street they care more about there customers and do a better job

My husband and I came here together. I got an undercut, and it was a very nice experience. My husband got a package, and it was less than nice for him. The girl who was working on him was spending more time watching Aquaman on one of the 7 tvs they have on the wall. I became very worried when she was still watching the TV when she had a straight razor to his neck. His neck was very rashy and red when he left after that. We will most likely not come back or request a different girl for him.
