tutu is AMAZING at acrylics!! i went to her and showed her a design and she did it even better than the photos!! she’s incredibly talented and super sweet and fun to talk to. i adored her and i’ll be back soon. lisa and tom also do great nails — i can’t speak for others as i haven’t had the privilege of getting my nails done by them yet but i’m sure everyone there is amazing!! if you’re wondering if you should go to tutu for acrylics, the answer is an absolute YES!!! check out lulu’s work on her instagram @ fusionnails__bytutu

Updated: the owner reached out and I went back a few days later. A woman there re-did my nails and the polish stayed chipless for at least a week, maybe longer. The younger woman who was working when I went back was super friendly and helpful. She was doing some other customers’ acrylics and you could tell she was very talented with nail art.

Tutu is awesome. The rest of the staff is extremely rude and disorganized. Multiple people worked on my powder dip manicure and all seemed very confused as to what I was requesting until Tutu worked on them. She understood perfectly and was very friendly and professional. When trying to schedule a direct appointment with Tutu with the woman who answered the phone, they refused and kept saying she’s fully booked. Booked Forever? I will not be back unfortunately. Might I also mention that the mani/pedi combo took over 2 1/2 hours due to their chaotic changing of technicians during the process.

Great pedicures! Getting a quality pedicure is very important to me. Too many places left me disappointed with my pedicure until I this place. My only critique is for the price of at least the two top tier pedicure choices gel nail polish should be included.

Went in on a Tuesday before 2pm. Was asked if I had an appointment, I did not. They made it seem like they don’t want walk ins. Just list it on your website that appointments are preferred if that’s the case! Asked for gel mani and pedi. They did both at the same time so I had to twist in the pedicure chair, which was very unpleasant. Not relaxing at all. The gel manicure lasted only 1 week and 2 days before peeling off. Will not be back.
