We can be found in the Art Deco style “Alexander Building” in downtown Rogers. Frisco Tattoo has embraced the open space and clean lines of the historic 1940’s building, adding minimal interior design elements coupled with subtle nods to the history of Rogers. We’re on the corner of Second and Elm St.

I wanted a special tattoo to honor the memory of my fiancé who passed away one year ago today. Not only did Justin fulfill my vision, he was so thoughtful of the emotional meaning behind my tattoo and made sure to work me in on this specific day (even showed up after having a wreck earlier in the day but knew I had to do this today! ❤️) He was amazing and made this a truly memorable experience for me and my daughter! I was looking for an artist in town that was able to do very fine line work, and I found Justin at Frisco Tattoo. I am more in love with what I got tattooed that I thought I would be! Justin took his time and made sure to get every single detail in, and never rushed. He made me feel comfortable in the shop and made great conversation. I will 100% be back for future tattoos, and would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a clean shop with incredibly talented artist. If I could rate higher than 5 stars I would!

Jules tattooed me this summer. This was my 8th tattoo and I’ve never felt more comfortable with a tattoo artist. She took her time in design – giving me multiple options and working on it right in front of me, tweaking every little thing I requested right through till the end. Every time I thanked her or apologized for the extra time I felt I was wasting by being “picky” she refused and basically said this is part of the process and she wants it to be perfect for me. I’m left with my new favorite piece and an artist I’m very excited to go back to!! Thank you Jules

My friend and I came in as walk ins and they were able to accommodate us! Jess did my friend’s tattoo and Justin Williams did mine. They both were phenomenal people to be around and Justin did amazing with my tattoo and made sure I loved everything before he started. This absolutely is the nicest Tattoo shop. It is very clean. The presentation of it is beautiful. We got inked by the Owner Justin Williams who did an amazing job on my sons tattoo. If you get a chance to meet his wife Jewels she is an absolute Jewel. Everyone was so friendly and informative. We highly highly recommend this place. We drove from Tulsa, OK. to visit this shop and it did not disappoint
