I met Abigail a few months ago to correct a bad cut and color. At my consultation, she explained how it could be corrected, so I went ahead and booked the appointment. She spent 4 1/2 hours, and explained what she was doing every step of the way. My hair turned out amazing !!! We have been tweaking the color and cut – it has been a great experience!! I highly recommend Abigail for your next color or style change.

After a disappointing experience with a different stylist I started going to Abigail. I wasn’t ready to make any major changes, Abigail was understanding and has been able to work with that. On my recent visit I was feeling spontaneous and we added some pink. She explained the different color options, what to expect and their after care. She also suggested products that would help my color last longer but wasn’t pushy about buying anything I didn’t want.

So relaxing and professional. Josef isn’t there very often, but is worth the wait. Super kind and responsive to what I was looking for. Im really happy with my hair! I have short, butch hair, fyi. So I know he’s good with masculine haircuts. There was a gentleman who left before me and his hair was perfect. My partner has longer hair and has been seeing Molly for years. I had gone in for a curly hair cut the other night (I had waist length wavy/almost curly hair) and was very specific about where I’d like my hair cut..I gestured to my chest area saying I’d like it to fall there when it’s dry. My stylist held my hair up to there to make sure he had it right. He said with my hair length and the weight that comes with that my hair would most likely spring up even more after it was cut, washed, and styled so he wanted to cut it with a little more length than that just in case and we could always cut more off later. I thought this sounded like a good idea since you can’t put hair back on. I mentioned again before he cut it that I wanted my hair long still just not as long as it was so the layers he was talking about I’d like to be longer not short. A curly cut is cut with your hair dry so I could see before he washed it that he had already cut it a lot shorter than I had asked for and definitely not with the extra length he said he’d keep just in case (I am SO sad but have confrontation issues so couldn’t even manage to confront him about his decision to cut my hair as he thought was best and what’s done is done). I still paid and tipped but will not be returning.. I don’t suggest a haircut unless you don’t mind when a stylist does as they like.

The worst customer service and manager. Don’t go there! They charged me when I have to cancel for a reason and I explained. They don’t understand life can happen. I asked to talk to the manager. Nobody listened. They ignored me. They didn’t care about the situation I was in. I even asked if they can reschedule. I just lost 30 dollars which is not important. At list I know to not come to this salon ever. Even now in their reply here they try to make me look bad. So they have an excuse for the bad treatment. It seems they don’t care about customers at all. I hope who ever read this comment take that into consideration. I explained my problem and they ignored me. Their reply here is not true. In their policy it said frequent cancelation have 50% charge :”Frequent last minute cancellations or changes may be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.” . It was my first time and based on their policy they shouldn’t charge me. Their action wasn’t inline with their policy that they put on their website.
