Shama is fantastic! I first met her when I went to have my eyebrows and lip threaded over 2 years ago. Then she told me she does hair and she has been cutting my hair and doing my color and highlights for a while now. I have gotten so many compliments from people! I am so glad I found her. Also when you are at the salon you feel like you are at home.

Over about a 2 months span my eyebrows went from looking like skinny twigs to nice & thick, exactly how I wanted them. Shama conducts her work professionally & makes you feel welcome, always. Shama really gets the job done well. I’m very picky about my eyebrows since I always feel that they look too thin. Over about a 2 months span my eyebrows went from looking like skinny twigs to nice & thick, exactly how I wanted them. Shama conducts her work professionally & makes you feel welcome, always. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityMy worst experience ever. Shama is very unprofessional, RUDE, and SO fake she doesn’t care about you as a customer, everything is about how much she can charge you. I asked her to do some highlights (just Top) she charged me $75, and she was pretending do not dry my hair??? when she supposed to wash my hair, the shampoo’s bottle was almost empty, she literally washed my hair with just water (one time); her Salon is dirty, old dirty towels, and the same thing with the bottle of her hair serum empty. Previously I sent her a photo with a hair style, that I asked her few times before if she knows how to do it and she said yes, and guess? She lied, she didn’t know how to do it, and she doesn’t care about you AT ALL, and force you to accept whatever she thinks ??? charged me $65 for something that my niece of 19 years old can do it for me…She is definitely NOT a hair style. No even mentioned that she took my credit card from my hands and passed the credit card and signed for me, I was in shock how this lady behaved. My worst experience ever. Shama is very unprofessional, RUDE, and SO fake she doesn’t care about you as a customer, everything is about how much she can charge you.
