Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI had a session scheduled today for IV therapy. My appt was 3pm. I arrive 15 mins early to my session. Not only did I wait close to 30 mins in the lobby but an additional 15 mins in the waiting room. As a business person, I allocated time for this thinking I would get prompt service and instead the Nurse Practicioner comes in 45 minutes late into the room. By that time I was already appauled and politely declined the IV and not only wasted time out of my work schedule but the Nurse Practicioner did not apologize for this. He sat outside and near my room at the station and was on a phone call all that time. I have a staff member call me about this and I explained how unprofessional this was, only to be informed by the office staff he was on a call. I explained is a call more important than your patient. Learn to priortize your NEW patients as they are paying you for a service. I won’t be returning sadly due to this impression that was made. I already had read reviews but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt but the reviews outlining the lack of professionalism and timeliness are very TRUE!!! There is ton of room for improvement and you would think Dr. Verma would hold their staff accountable. An office manager should be on top of this!I had a session scheduled today for IV therapy. I had a session scheduled today for IV therapy. My appt was 3pm. I arrive 15 mins early to my session. Not only did I wait close to 30 mins in the lobby but an additional 15 mins in the waiting room.
