I’ve had two manicures and two pedicures. It’s very easy to set appointments online which I love! I get a little confused on price here. First full set acrylic was around $40. Second manicure I got a fill (been four weeks tho) + almond nail shape and they were $56 bc they said nail was special shape and lots of work done but they didn’t do my cuticles. Regardless my nails looked amazingggggg and I was super happy when I left. I added two pics to my review. I’d recommend checking this place out.

Got their 1 hr early but still had to wait 30 min. Past my scheduled time to be seen meanwhile somebody else walks in and got to be seated right away but since I had an appointment I had to wait for my appointment and then had to wait extra because he wasn’t done with his first appointment until 30 minutes after my appointment. Then the guy didn’t even know how to do what I wanted done so I had to settle for what he could do. I will not be going back there…

The lady who did my nails did a bad job cut my fingers so much and then she didn’t even make the nail smooth it’s all lumpy and I very upset with the service I was there yesterday at 4 pm I paid 100 dollars when there thick and lumpy and just horrible the design looks fine they don’t look like the picture not even the same kind I wanted but the the girl who’s put them on did a horrible job is there any way that I can get a refund.

Sent my 16 year old daughter here to get her nails done for prom, best advice I can give you, NEVER send a minor in alone because they will rip them off! I booked and paid for the appointment online, when she got there they ended up charging her DOUBLE. $90 for a set of nails because 2 nails had rinestones when I initially authorized $45!! When I called they offered to have her come in and have the nails removed, and when I told them I would send in her in a few days they told me that it would be too late. Horrible customer service and scammers!

I have been a customer to this establishment on and off since they opened. Over the years their customer service has progressively gotten worse. Most recently, they charged my mother for an appointment that they messed up the time for. Rather than trying to make it right after she, a loyal customer, for many years complained their manager has called my mom an internet bully. I’m not sure if they are forgetting about the small town that has supported their business for years to the point that they could open an even bigger salon or the customers that have waited hours after their appointments were supposed to start and still continue to support them. But, I find it sad and disheartening. I took my business elsewhere a long time ago and chose not to leave a review after waiting being there for five hours for a pedicure the week of my wedding but after treating my mom like this I will gladly add my one star to the list.

I have been using Forever Nails since they opened. I have a standing appointment every two weeks and I would highly recommend the team at Forever Nails and would go no where else. I have never had an issue, they are efficient and skilled and customer oriented. Dip powder
