Penny has been cutting my hair for years, she and Marty make you feel at home while there and my haircut is always on point. They stay busy so I suggest calling ahead to see if they have an open chair, and don’t be late. If you need a military cut Penny is the master, if you know the terminology and tell her exactly what you want, that’s exactly what you’ll get.
