During my first time visit not only did the nail technician not try and make a conversation she was also rushing both of my services. During the pedicure she used hot stones that were way to hot and messaged vigorously not taking being soft around my ankle bones (very painful). She also kept pushing the skin around my nails and toes away from the nail plate pulling so hard that it was painful. Any time I made a remark that she was hurting me she never apologized. She took the cuticle tool on the drill and was trying to remove the excess acrylic from underneath my nails and ended up lifting my nail from the nail plate. During my manicure she switched with another guy who did the acrylic and then she came back to finish filing and painting. It is very obvious the company only wants money and doesn’t care about the safety of their clients. They were using used nails files and nail Dremel heads. Once I expressed what happened they were saying this is normal because of how busy they are I would never come here again or refer anyone. My services alone for a gel manicure with acrylic and pedicure was $110 dollars. With the treatment I received it was not worth $110 dollars!

It’s my first time getting my nails done and it was the worst at this place. The lady who was going to do my nails was yelling and after I asked her a question she embarrassed me in front of everyone and started yelling. She told me to go someplace else and that she was uncomfortable doing my nails because I wear a headscarf. She put 3 fake nails and got up. I told her to take them off or cut them so that I could leave and she said NO. Another girl came and cut them for me. Very bad service and disrespectful employees. I should’ve asked for a manager. I am never going back there. I went to another salon and they were very nice and professional.

Wanted a special wow factor for my vacation, requested chrome and this place did not disappoint. Wish I would have got his name, chair #3. Also got a pedicure and they fixed my toes up so cute, matched the chrome in purple. A bit pricey but well worth the quality. This used to be my regular spot before covid, and they earned my loyalty back, a wonderful place to pamper yourself!

Loved this place 1st time using this salon bc I live an hrs drive from here (Plainfield, IN), but needed my nails done. Facility was clean, professional and large enough to accommodate several clients. I had a torn nail and my nail specialist did a great job taking great care of my torn nail during prep and was able to mail it look good next to the others.

My husband bought me a $100 gift card and I was told it wasn’t valid. I was told this after my service was completed. And then accused to filling it out myself. I can tell you I will not be back and I plan on writing a review everywhere I can. DO NOT GO HERE! Not to mention, the incredibly horrible job they did on my nails. So now, not only am I out a $100 gift card but I have to spend another $50 at a different salon to have my nails fixed. Ridiculous
