I love how their bookings are digital and reminders are automated but they still call ahead to give information and answer questions. I wanted lashes for my wedding because I struggle with mascara going on right and staying put on my oily skin. The staff are very communicative and friendly and the facility is very modern. I passed out in the cushy recliner as Miranda worked in my lashes. She had talked me through the lash fullness and length options which led me to get a hybrid set instead of classic. My lashes looks great and are completely comfortable like the are my own. See my photo (I am laying down to continue my nap from the salon, ha). Highly recommend Flutter and Miranda in particular though I am sure anyone there will treat you right based on my experience.
