Typical Seinfeld episode. They make a reservation but do not reserve the barber. Have an important event tomorrow. So I make a reservation to get haircut the night before. I show up and there is 3 other people waiting for a haircut and 1 person cutting hair. I stayed in Long Beach late tonight to get a haircut. Now I have to get a haircut tomorrow at different location. Take the day off to do so.

My two teen boys finally got haircuts today and they were absolutely satisfied! It was hot but tolerable with ocean breeze and shades. Adam and Edwin were both fantastic! Stylish and easy for aftercare. Friendly staffs. I highly recommend this place.

None of the management does hair. They have no empathy for the workers, they expect you to do: consultation, hair cut, use the blade on the neckline, massage, in 30 minutes. I was harassed and fired. I do believe that good customer service is always different, some people could be done in 30 minutes other need more time. Really the only thing that should matter is to make the client happy and coming back.

Hit and miss, never the same people. The last few times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait 15-20 minutes even though I had an appt. And walk-ins sit down and can be almost done by the time they take me. No apology, no acknowledgement, just no appreciation that your time has any value. They are all friendly people, and do a fine job with a basic cut; but frustrating unless you have time to waste. I wish I had a better option.
