Horrible experience. I used to go here to get haircuts when I went to DU and it was great. I went today to get my fade retouched and cleaned up and they absolutely ruined it. Then after the stylist asked another stylist to fix it, it was going really well until she shaved off my edges without asking me. Then, didn’t finish fixing the haircut, shaved the other edge to match, but left one side uneven and lower than the other side. To top it all off, the original stylist tried to shift the blame on me somehow making it my fault? And to make matters worse, I didn’t even get a simple apology. They just simply do not know how to cut hair, especially ethnic people’s hair. I should’ve never gone in. 10/10 WOULD NOT reccomend!!

Been going to Floyd’s for years but there appointment required policy has me looking for a new barber. They say they still support walk-ins but everytime I try to book a close in appointment or walk-in there is nothing available even though on my last several visits I’ve seen stylists sitting waiting for appointments.
