Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueOnce we found David last year we do not take our 3 year old son anywhere else! He is very sensitive to sensory things (sounds of the buzzer, hair falling on his ears and face, etc.) and cries and screams for his haircuts. David is extremely patient with him, takes breaks as needed during the haircut to hold him, reassure him he is ok, and walk around with him. He is very kind to him, knows his name when we enter the shop and even greets him with a hug. In addition to all of this, he gives my son a great haircut every time! He is very sensitive to sensory things (sounds of the buzzer, hair falling on his ears and face, etc.) and cries and screams for his haircuts. I’ve heard good things about this place but the expectation vs reality hits different. I called ahead to see if you needed to make an appointment ahead of time due to the circumstances we are all facing. The man told me no walk-ins are fine and if i could wait 30 mins because there were 2 other people ahead of us I said that was fine. I arrive there and ask how he was doing and if the other people I saw had an appointment no answer as a bilingual I asked him in spanish. He just sat thefe and looked at me and never answered i walked away.
