When you get a Mani pedi in the same chair not at the table The water they used to get your manicure they would toss it out on the sidewalk And I saw them put the dirty manicure water also into the pedicure bowl you’re getting your pedicure in. They have a sink to pour it out in and wash it out but they didn’t make use of it When I was there. To me that’s not clean or sanitary

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueFirst off the gentleman that did my pedicureDid an amazing job and was very professionalBut the man who did my nails was just the absolute worse. One the way they use tools and don’t sanitize is questionable. There was multiple workers whom Didn’t wear mask . I told the man who did my nails that there was uneven bubbles of. Nail polish that he put on my nails and he started speaking to his coworker who was not wearing a mask and on the phone the whole time she was doing nails . I should be able to let the know if the job is not to my satisfaction especially when they change 70 bucks for a full set. That’s completely unprofessional and poor customer service.My second issue was that they only take cash and venmo and put it as personal instead of business. She insisted on putting her information on my phone and proceeded to send help the money. I cannot express enough how bad this experience was and would not recommend this nail salon to anyone. please be ware !
