I have a been a member for at least two years, if not three. As long as I live in STL, this is where I will go. The staff goes above and beyond. Every question I have ever had has been answered thoroughly. If I am wanting to obtain certain results, they have guided me. The facility is always immaculately clean. They have been so accommodating. If an issue arose, with billing for instance, it had been dealt with as soon as I brought it to their attention. I started a membership for the red light therapy; in hopes it would help with depression. Its not a cure all but when I have a time lapse of not using it, it becomes noticeable just how much I have benefited from it. I’ve noticed scars healing quicker, less acne, and cellulite smoothing out. I also love having my own personal sauna. They are very informative of their products and deals, but I have never felt pressured to purchase. I’ve moved a lot over the years and have tired many different tanning companies. Most of the time I have cancelled my membership within a few months due so many things… feeling out of place, bad advice that left my skin burnt, false advertising, feeling super pressured to buy things, or questionable cleanliness. I have never had a doubt with Fit N Tan. Love this location! I highly recommend it.

DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES!!!!!I joined on August 15, 2022 for the one month package price of $69.99 which came to $82.49 with tax? The woman who signed me up told me that I could cancel the package by the 1st if I wanted to and not pay another charge which are charged each month on the 15th. I decided today August 29, 2022 to cancel and was told I had to do it by text. I texted, they tried to talk me out of it a couple times, I said I definitely wanted to cancel and then they sent me a text saying one more charge of $76.99 would be drafted on September 15. I’m arguing back and forth with them but they say that everyone has to complete 2 billing cycles. This is NOT WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEE TOLD ME!!!

I just love this salon ,the one on Chippewa and Watson. The staff is really nice and very knowledgeable about all the things they have to offer at this location and they have alot to choose from.The beds are always very clean and up to date. They have everything you could possibly think of from my favorite the hybrid to the red light the sauna. body wraps, and not mention all the other things like airbrush, the versa, and mystic, That’s just a few things, they have so much more, I can tell you honestly it’s like being at a full body salon.

I absolutely loved my time at the Fit N Tan location on Chippewa! It was my first time receiving a spray tan and I was so pleased with the service. The facility was clean…which is something that had always deterred me from visiting a tanning salon and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable about the spray tan package that would be best for my body. I will absolutely be back soon!

The beds are good but this place is kind of a rip off. I was charged 72 or 79 bucks for a weeks worth of tanning. The sales chick made it Sound like a deal if you buy lotion you get 20 bucks off a weeks tan. I wanted a week because I was going out of town and needed a base and it was cheaper appparently to buy this than 3 days worth. 79 dollars and a awful smelling tanning lotion, later I only get to tan 3 days because they won’t let you use your tans beyond 7 consecutive days and I won’t even be in town to use them. If I pay for 7 days I should get 7 days worth!!!!!!!!!. The pricing for a month said 14.99 but I guess nobody gets that’s price. I called around to other places and they were cheaper. I think the one on Hampton told me 55 for a month. So in conclusion don’t waste your money here. I did and I shouldn’t have but I had no choice. I waited to the last minute to tan and It was close to my house and open.
