Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI normally would never write a negative review about a small business. The employees don’t communicate with you about dress down level, what needs to be worked on, skin sensitivities, etc. They are also very unprofessional and will laugh at you just outside the door. Their tables don’t have blankets (just small towels) and my aesthetician wasn’t wearing a mask during my treatment. I normally would never write a negative review about a small business. The employees don’t communicate with you about dress down level, what needs to be worked on, skin sensitivities, etc. They are also very unprofessional and will laugh at you just outside the door. Critical: Professionalism, QualityIt was a terrible experience. From the beginning, undressing, I was walked in on 3x in a matter of 4 minutes. Massage starts, No Cover! You get a small towel to cover your entire body—impossible. It was cold & completely silent; no soft music, hearing every conversation around. The masseuse kept walking in & out of the room.
