My SIL gifted me a massage at Firefly Hollow. The atmosphere was very calming and friendly. Mimi was absolutely fantastic. She was welcoming and friendly and very thorough. Emily did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of the Crystal Detox. While laying on a crystal mat, she covered me in blankets and applied oils to my feet & chest. The warmth generates heat to make you sweat. While the process is going on, you listen to very relaxing music and smell the oils. Afterwards, Emily made a detox tea for me to drink. The entire process is refreshing! Please drink plenty of water before and afterwards for better results.

I’ve received several massages at Firefly Hollow Wellness Center from several different practitioners. Every time, I am greeted warmly and professionally. Every therapist has made sure they hear my goals for the appointment and I walk out feeling relaxed and renewed. I never want the sessions to end! I won’t go anywhere else for massage therapy.

A fantastic place to get all your self care needs met. The staff has beautiful energy and are very professional. They explain the services very well and have a lot to offer beyond massage! They have a wonderful selection of workshops and all kinds of healing services. I did a crystal detox mat, and it was wonderful. I suffer from chronic lower back pain, and I went days without any pain in my back. I was VERY relaxed when I was done, and had a wonderful and peaceful rest of the day! Ill be back!

If you haven’t experienced Firefly Hollow Holistic Wellness Center, you are missing out! Firefly focuses on the wellness of the entire person – mind, body, and spirit. I have worked with their nutritionist, massage therapists, and just finished the 8 week mind-body detox program. This program has definitely changed my life for the better! The staff is amazing and great at what they do!! I HIGHLY recommend you check Firefly Hollow out – you will not be disappointed 🙂

Firefly Hollow is a sanctuary for wellness of the mind, body and spirit. I moved from Seattle, WA to York PA for work and was looking to continue my journey of self love. Firefly was a safe haven beyond what I could have imagined I would find in central, PA. The staff genuinely cares and they are there to meet you wherever you are on your journey. For spa services, I have had massage, reiki, Cryo skin and the detox services. I also recently completed the Mind, Body Detox program which left me with many new tools, a healthier version of myself and a new community of support (friends!). I can’t recommend visiting Firefly Hollow enough. If you are not comfortable with the spiritual/ energy healing there are plenty of great options to care for your body. All the massage therapists I’ve experienced are very knowledgeable and concentrate on what’s best for your body.
