Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe worst experience I have ever had. The lady messed up my nails 13 times I had to ask her to fix things. They did my nails and toes at the same time so I was uncomfortable the entire time . When I asked her to fix my pinky nail ( because the polish was smudged after she said she was done) she painted I.T a different color than the rest of my nails . They charged me $15 extra for gel on both my nails and toes and extra money because my nails were “ long” . The shape of each nail is different and the polish is dark blue when I asked for black ( except for my pinky) I complained to the owner and he said my nails were all the same color. I said no it’s not and showed him and he continues to say they were the same color. I asked for my money back multiple times and told him how unhappy I was and he walked away from me. I very rarely go to another nail salon, but I was in a pinch for a manicure. They were absolutely slammed, but made time for a dip and tips manicure. Hands down the nicest and kindest experience I have had while getting my nails done. Not to mention my nails look absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend and they had so many colors to choose from.
