Critical: QualityI got a gel manicure last Friday, 12/17, and my nails came out perfectly (see first photo), costing $35 without a tip. However, by that Sunday afternoon (12/19), the nails I had done in black gel polish had begun to lift from the base and the entire polish came off. I called Monday, and asked for a 40% refund, as the issue was occurring on 4 of my nails (see next two pictures). I was told I would have to come in person for a refund, which was no issue. I just went to get a refund for only 40%, as my nails haven’t even lasted a full week, and was told that I would not be getting a refund and they could fix my nails. I appreciate the sentiment, but I do not want the same black polish on my nails that caused the issue in the first place. Employees began to get upset, and when I asked who I spoke with yesterday that told me I would be refunded, a woman identified herself but said that money would be taken away from employees and was unfair. However, by that Sunday afternoon (12/19), the nails I had done in black gel polish had begun to lift from the base and the entire polish came off.
