Positive: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityAfter seeing some of the reviews on here, it makes me question their authenticity. Ali has always taken care of me to the best of her ability from scheduling an appointment to advice on beard health. Never once has she been mean or condescending. Being from another state and raised around a different culture than Oregon, WI I can see how someone might think she is more blunt, but she’s straightforward, honest, and respectful. I value those characteristics in any human and especially my barber/hair specialist. After seeing some of the reviews on here, it makes me question their authenticity. Ali has always taken care of me to the best of her ability from scheduling an appointment to advice on beard health. Never once has she been mean or condescending. Being from another state and raised around a different culture than Oregon, WI I can see how someone might think she is more blunt, but she’s straightforward, honest, and respectful. Critical: Professionalism, QualityDo NOT go here. They’re beyond unprofessional and are horribly rude. They don’t know how to cut hair well and when you ask them to fix what they did wrong they get mad and tell you they’re going to charge you for two hair cuts. They leave you looking and feeling icky. It’s so much more worth it to just go to a slightly more expensive place for better customer service and good haircut that makes you feel good about yourself since you’re going to have to get it fixed after seeing Fantastic Sam’s anyway. I wish my family learned our lesson the first time around, but unfortunately it took us 3 shots to finally realize that’s just how they are and they’re never going to change.Service: HaircutDo NOT go here. Do NOT go here. They’re beyond unprofessional and are horribly rude. They don’t know how to cut hair well and when you ask them to fix what they did wrong they get mad and tell you they’re going to charge you for two hair cuts. They leave you looking and feeling icky. First time customer here and I’m pretty simple just looking for a solid fade. Easily the strangest haircut experience I’ve ever had. I didn’t catch her name but I could tell she was on edge and rushed through it right from the start. It’s uneven and some parts don’t even look like she attempted to blend it at all. She is candid, up front, and honest which is refreshing, especially since she is the one that is attempting to improve my looks.
