I came in close to closing timeI came in close to closing time, Monday May 23rd around 5:00 p.m. and I got to get my haircut my beard trimmed.. only to get half of my haircut and half of my neck trimmed. This is only the second and will be the last time I come through there to get any kind of services done for the simple fact of the woman fails that communication. She doesn’t know what she’s doing. And she refuses to listen to the customer because the customers not right.. I will gladly spread the message along my family and friends to not come in and get their haircut at fantastic sams. Here I am paying somebody $25 for half a haircut and half a beard trim I would like my money back because I had to pay someone else to finish Her job!

Horrible ! Asked twice to even put hair and still could not. Could NOT even blend / frame face properly. Hair was not wet not washed before the trims. Stylist was tearing through my daughter hair that is curly, was dry ,and had product In with a comb. Pictures are taken after “cuts”

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter has had her hair cut here since she was born. Cookie always did wonderful and others well also. The stylist she got last week was arrogant,did not listen to her wishes and was so rough my daughter had to make her stop. Hair was a choppy mess ND 2 inches too short. My hubby took my son William here. He has autism and is very, very difficult. So many times we have tried other salons and left without a haircut. Then there’s Donna at this salon. I called ahead of time to explain we need some TLC and she was so warm and encouraging. She gave him a much needed haircut . She’s our hero .From now on we will only go to this salon. Thanks for the beautiful haircut and amazing service.

I’m Not from the area and went in for a trim.. wouldn’t recommend going here, the lady took maybe 4 minutes on my hair , it’s uneven and around my ears aren’t even the same.. doesn’t even look like I got a haircut and I asked her to keep cutting and she was like there I’m done .. worst place I’ve been so far and I’m 21 years old lol.. Definitely go somewhere you trust or know they actually care about what they’re doing.
