Took my 2 year old son here bc it was close to my house. I’m not sure her name but was not friendly at all. My son immediately picked up on her vibe. He’s done great the last 3 haircuts. She wasn’t engaging with us at all. Did a terrible job with his bangs. I told her he didn’t like the squirt bottle but she sprayed away and made the experience worse for him. Not coming back to this location.

I received a haircut from Haley that took about 4 minutes. She asked me if it looked ok. I was not given a mirror, so i felt my hair and it felt ok. When I got home, I saw it in the mirror and the neck line was way too long. I came right back up there. Haley refused to do anything about it. Another kind hairstylist cut it for me. She did a good job. I would never use Haley again.

Kind folks over there are awesome, even when I kinda said some things I didn’t mean too because of anxiety haha. They make sure they know what you want, and they’ll do it down to a tee, even smaller details! I went for a simple highlight and touch up. The stylist, Holly, refused to do foils. So I agreed to cap inspite of preferring foils. Then she proceeded to tell me that she wasn’t going to do any touch up. I was stunned. If a client states touch up, why would you not honor the request.? When I explained again what I wanted she said she wasn’t going to add another color. I told her I wasn’t asking for 2 colors just to brush the crown to confirm full coverage. She refused and said she wasn’t going to do my hair. So if I, the customer, didnt want her to color MY hair her way she wasn’t going to do anything. I told her again, since age 27 this was the procedure no one has even batted an eye at this. They may have added an additional charge but not this. So in order to receive services I had to succumb to her methods. I walked out. Fantastic Sam’s is this the type of people you hire? People who are bullies and incapable of honoring customer’s request. She obviously didnt need the business nor have respect for customers.
